To help keep the studio clean, functional, and ready for everyone, please observe the following policies.

Rates

Standard studio time is $20/hour.

Discounted monthly packages are available at $15/hour with a 16-hour minimum purchase. Monthly packages must be purchased by the 1st of the month, and all hours must be used within that same calendar month. Unused time does not carry over.

Cleanliness and Care

Food and drinks are permitted, but must be kept away from all studio equipment. Please remove and dispose of all food, beverages, and trash before leaving.

Clients are welcome to use the studio equipment provided. Please return all equipment to the same condition, setup, and location in which it was found.

Please return all microphones, cables, power supplies, stands, monitors, and amplifiers to their proper places. PA speaker cables may remain on the stands and plugged into the Behringer XR18.

Security and Noise Control

Please keep the front door closed and locked at all times. The studio door should remain closed during rehearsals, recording, or any amplified sound.

Amplified instruments may only be used between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Personal Belongings

Please do not leave personal gear or other belongings in the studio unless prior approval has been given.

PA System Operation

To avoid damage to the sound system, always power the Behringer XR18 on before turning on any powered speakers, and turn the powered speakers off before powering down the XR18.

If the iPad is not connecting to the XR18, close the X Air app, confirm in Settings that the iPad is connected to the XR18 Wi-Fi network, and then reopen the app.

Damage

Any damage, malfunction, or issue involving studio equipment must be reported immediately.

Use of the studio constitutes agreement with these policies.
